Deposits of $850 per person are made when you reserve your spot on the tour and they are non-refundable. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions.
We are a small business and have operating costs that are involved in planning a tour, regardless of whether or not that tour ends up being held. Deposits and payments are already in place based on a certain number of planned guests.
It is not advised to schedule any additional activities that call for a reservation during the planned trip dates. Occasionally the weather, the availability of local guides, and other unanticipated circumstances force us to change the dates for meals and activities. Because of this, we are unable to confirm the precise time. We value your adaptability!
Itineraries are always a work in progress and they are worked on and tweaked up until the very last moment allowing us to offer you the best experiences for the season. The website shows the experiences of a typical tour, but remember that due to the boutique nature of our tours, the itinerary is always subject to change.
Final payment is due 120 days prior to the start date of the tour. If you cancel your spot on a tour more than 120 days prior to the start date of that tour, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 119 and 91 days prior to the tour departure are eligible for a 50% refund of the cost of the tour minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 90 days or less before the start date of the tour are non-refundable. This is why we strongly encourage the purchase of a travel protection plan including additional cancel for any reason coverage. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel protection plan you may be able to reclaim these charges.
You will receive a full refund. If we cancel a tour, it will be at least 60 days prior to the start date of the tour.
Travel Insurance is not included with the tour and is highly recommend. We are not a licensed insurance broker, and cannot advise on this topic. Consider using our preferred vendor, Square Mouth, a comprehensive travel insurance comparison site to find the best insurance for your situation. They are happy to answer any questions you might have.
