Payments & Cancellations
I want you to feel comfortable with your reservation. Here are the key payment details and your options if plans change.
Your Payment Schedule
- 25% deposit when booking.
- 25% interim payment 150 days before departure.
- Remaining 50% 90 days before departure.
Payments are in U.S. dollars. Credit-card payments carry an additional processing fee of approximately 3%.
Booking within 150 days of departure? Full payment is required immediately and is non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel.

Payments above the applicable charge are refunded, less any applicable non-refundable supplier payments.
Your deposit has flexibility: If you cancel at least 91 days before departure, your initial deposit may transfer once to another departure within 18 months, subject to availability and pricing, or to another person with written approval. If no departure is available during that window, it extends until the next available departure is announced. Late bookings are excluded.
To cancel, email pete@trips2savor.com. The date we receive your notice determines the cancellation charge.
If We Cancel
For pre-departure operational cancellations, including insufficient participation, your tour payments are refunded in full. Force majeure cancellations follow different terms: refunds are limited to money recovered from suppliers.
Please wait for our written operating confirmation before purchasing non-refundable flights or other travel arrangements. Separately purchased expenses are not covered.
Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
